Our last three homes at Enclave at Shady Acres went fast! But, if you’re looking for a three-story home in the Shady Acres area, you’re still in luck. We’ll be building three more 3-story homes right down the street in our new development, Shady Acres Pointe, this fall!
The 3-story homes at Shady Acres Pointe are not part of a gated community, but they do share a common driveway. The new 3-story homes will be slight variations of our Stratford floorplan and each home will have some yard space.
