To CLOSE by November 30th, you need to sign a purcahse contract by OCTOBER 30th!!
Why?
Because the lender, title company and builder need 30 days to complete the necessary steps before your new home can close. These important steps (including home appraisal, loan underwriting, private inspection and buyer walk) cannot start until a purchase contract is signed.
