   As a full time Realtor in the Houston area, I show many new homes. The Sandcastle home in Skyline Park Village was the very first home that my clients and I saw. After each of our 8-10 showing days, we ended the day at Skyline Park Village each time. No matter who was there to assist us, we were given the same attention each visit. Whether it is Tessa, Rachel or Bobby, we felt the same attention to detail and the team effort from each of them. In addition the online attention was great as well with Meagan too!

   After almost two months my clients decided to purchase the very first home that we saw in Skyline Park Village. After meeting with Tessa and Mike Saloman to negotiate a deal, we were extremely pleased with our purchase. We immediately scheduled our inspector to come out and his report was the best new construction inspection report that I had ever seen! This was impressive and my clients were excited to hear this as well. Now we were in the home stretch and we met Jeffrey for our walk through. As soon as he introduced himself it was clear that he was just as good as the rest of the team.

   On Friday October 30th we finally closed. This was the first new home sales transaction that I have experienced in which someone from the seller side actually attended with us. Mike Salomon was there to meet us. The title company, Charter Title, did an outstanding job as well. Jim Wolf and Annell James continued the smooth process and even provided lunch for all of us.

   It is very important to give my feedback with Sandcastle Homes because I ask everyone that I work with to provide feedback to me. My clients rated me a 5 out of 5 on all aspects of the entire transaction. I was not only working for my clients, I was working for two other sets of clients as well. Russell & Carey were referred to me by Orlando and Orlando was referred to me by Jarrett & Renee. Referrals are the future of my business and a company like Sandcastle Homes continues to ensure that my referral business is successful.

   Thank you again for one of the best transactions that I have been involved with since 1999. I will do everything that I can to refer clients to Sandcastle homes and I will definitely share my experience with them whenever the opportunity exists.

   I feel like I’ve made a lot of friends on this deal and I hope that they feel the same.

   I want to thank everyone at Sandcastle Homes for makeing this transaction one of the smoothest most well organized sales I have had in years. Most importantly my client is “over the moon” with her new home! The communication from first showing until the closing was awesome. I knew the first minute I stepped into this unfinished home the quality and attention to every detail was very evident. Our meetings with the builder was pure joy and our first walk through was basically a no brainer. I brought my blue tape thinking we would be there for a few hours…not so! Walk through was easiest walk thru I have done in 25 years of selling homes. This was a very fast transaction and everything worked due to the builder, title company, lender and of course the Realtor working together to make this happen in a very short time. I could not recommend this builder more confindently…they are in a word AMAZING! We are all very happy and looking forward to a very Merry Christmas and wonderful 2010! Thanks to everyone!
   Why can’t all builders work like this????Fabulous product, great service and follow up and just went that extra mile!

   My recent sale with Sandscastle was smooth sailing from inception to the closing. The staff at Sandcastle was gracious and accommodating. Mike Salomon, has tremendous people skills and a man of honor,
   a listener and doer. He was always available for inquiries and handled requests with follow-thru and speed. It was entirely a hands-on transaction, and I would recommend this builder and his company to anyone considering his product.

   I just sold another Sandcastle Home a few weeks ago and once again had a very pleasant experience with Mike Salomon and his staff. You cannot find a better home for the money in the Inner Loop of Houston so I am very excited for my clients. Mike takes his time to explain each and every detail of the contract before asking your buyer to sign and I truly appreciate this about him. He is patient and one of the most considerate builders that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
