Current & Future Projects!

New Year, New Construction! Sandcastle Homes is busy with new projects in order to keep up with the high demand of inner-loop home buyers. For 2012, we have three exciting new projects, as well as a continuation of our program in Heights Annex, which began in 2006.

Garden Homes by the Park consists of 18 free-standing garden homes in the heart of Rice Military, along Feagan, Detering, and Gibson Streets.  There are already two homes sold! This prominent area is minutes from Downtown, Memorial Park, and the Washington Corridor.  Prices start in the $360’s.

Houston Heights, remains as one of Houston’s most popular neighborhoods. After closing out all seven of the homes on Ashland & 21st Street in record time, we were able to acquire six additional homesites just four blocks away, on 24th Street, near Rutland.  These two-story homes have detached garage with quarters above and alley access. We are excited to continue building in such a charming neighborhood. Prices start in the $350’s.

Also, in 2012 Sandcastle returns to Shady Acres.  Shady Acres Pointe, Section 2, will consist of eight 2-story homes on the corner of Beall & 26th St.  And we will be introducing a new floorplan, the Bordeaux.  Prices will start in the $260’s.

Timbergrove Gardens: SOLD OUT!

Sandcastle Homes has officially closed on all homes in our gated community, Timbergrove Gardens. We are 100% SOLD OUT! This community of 11 freestanding 2-story homes turned out to be picturesque.

New Construction in the West End

The homes recently built by Sandcastle Homes in the West End on Inker St. are completely closed out! The West End, located along Houston’s Washington Avenue Corridor, continues to grow every year. Due to the high demand of this area, Sandcastle Homes will be building two new homes on Nolda Street. This street has close proximity to I-10, Memorial Park, Washington Avenue, and the Houston Galleria!

Our Geneva floor plan will be built at 5337 Nolda. This floor plan has an open downstairs, large game room, study, and two over-sized walk-in closets located in the Master!

 Sandcastle Homes is excited for all of our projects this spring and summer! We have had a great year so far and look forward to all of our future projects around the Houston area. Due to our continued success in the Heights, we are going to continue building two-story free standing homes in your favorite revitalized neighborhood inside the loop! We have already begun construction on Dian St. and can’t wait for the finished product of these 7 free-standing two story homes. On this street we will be building the award winning Athens, best-seller Barcelona, Florence, Monte Carlo, and Geneva.

If you haven’t already heard, Sandcastle Homes is building in Rice Military. The Garden Homes on Feagan is a gated community of 2 and 3 story plans. Sandcastle Homes is proud to announce that we have begun construction in Rice Military on Feagan St. Rice Military is in the heart of Houston! Not only are inside the loop, but you are minutes from Memorial Park and Washington Ave., what more could you ask for!

This gated community will feature  5 two-story freestanding homes and 5 freestanding three-story homes. Every home will have a two car garage and full driveway, something that seems to be hard to come across in Rice Military- no more having to worry about parking!
